What did Jonathan Gruber say about AR Private Option?

The Foundation for Governmental Accountability posted a very interesting video of Jonathan Gruber saying it is “mathematically impossible” for Arkansas’ Private Option to be budget neutral.” Yes, Gruber is a jerk, but looks like he was spot-on about Arkansas’s crazy re-branding of the Obamacare Medicaid Expansion. Arkansas has been over budget every month.
